Truck Driver Position – Donation Pick-up and Unloading

The Warren County Habitat for Humanity ReStore is looking to hire a part time (30 hr/week)
Driver to pick up donations across Warren County.
Donations Driver will be responsible for picking up donations in a timely manner, responding to
multiple calls per day and creating an efficient route. Donations may include anything from small
household decor to large couches, tables, or chairs.

Responsibilities:
- Safely drive truck to and from ReStore and sites of donation pickups.
- Offer excellent customer service to donors.
- Screen items for product usability.
- Safely unload donated items into back area of ReStore for processing
- Commit to a schedule and pick up donations in a timely fashion
- Daily cleaning and straightening of the truck and ReStore warehouse, keeping it neat and
clean.
- Attend or participate in training as needed or required.
- Adhere to and reinforce ReStore Policies and Procedures.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Valid Driver's License, must not have any major traffic violations on record
- 3 years minimum driving
- NO CDL required!
- Passionate about the mission of Warren County Habitat for Humanity.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Must pass Criminal Background Check and Sexual Offender Check.
- Can work outdoors including during inclement weather.
- Ability to lift up to 75lbs. with assistance.
- Maintain all information in a confidential and professional manner.

staff.

Warehouse Associate Position

Associate to assist with customer service, inventory and handling donated items.

Responsibilities:
- Safely load and offload donated items from truck into back area of ReStore
- Process donated items and organize accordingly
- Ensure donors and customers are given excellent customer service at the ReStore.
- Offer excellent customer service to shoppers and donors.
- Adhere to and reinforce ReStore Policies and Procedures.
- Scan sales floor for sold items to replace with new merchandise.
- Model the WCHFH mission.
- Load and unload donated materials.
- Screen for donations for product usability.
- Maintain an effective working relationship with ReStore staff, volunteers, and customers.
- Answer telephone and provide ReStore information, directions, meeting the caller’s needs.
- Daily cleaning and straightening of the truck and ReStore warehouse, keeping it neat and clean.
- Attend or participate in training as needed or required.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Passionate about the mission of Warren County Habitat for Humanity.
- Reliable transportation.
- Cashier experience preferred but not required.
- Must pass Criminal Background Check and Sexual Offender Check.
- Can work outdoors including during inclement weather.
- Ability to lift up to 75lbs. with assistance.
- Willingness to work some nights and weekends.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Front End Associate

The Warren County Habitat for Humanity ReStore is looking to hire a part time (30 hr/week)
Front End Associate to ensure donors and customers are given excellent customer service
and that all volunteers have a positive experience when working at the ReStore.

Responsibilities:
1. Offer excellent customer service to shoppers and donors.
2. Adhere to and reinforce ReStore Policies and Procedures.
3. Operate the cashier drawer.
4. Answer inbound phone calls.
5. Develop strong volunteer support.
6. Complete daily task checklist as needed and follow up on before the end of the day
to ensure completion.
7. Assist with arranging inventory to best utilize floor space and to turnover aging stock.
8. Replenish business cards, donation receipts, waivers and sold tags.
9. Ensure a safe environment and the best safety practices are used including regular
cleaning of Front-End Area.
10. Take precautions in security of the facility.
11. Attend or participate in training as needed or required.
12. Model the WCHFH mission.
Qualifications and Skills:
 Passionate about the mission of Warren County Habitat for Humanity.
 Reliable transportation with a valid driver's license and record.
 Can work outdoors including during inclement weather.
 Able to lift up 40 lbs. / over 40 lbs. with assistance.
 Solid personal communication skills to clearly and effectively express ideas.
