HHW Volunteers Needed

Day of Help

Organizers are finalizing the schedule for the Hope in the Hills of Warren Day of Help program. Program description: Teams of teenagers and adults will help elderly (age 70+) and/or disabled residents (homeowners and renters) within the Warren Hills sending district with spring cleaning projects inside and/or outside the home. Possible projects could include: window washing, floor cleaning, gardening, dusting, raking, changing light bulbs, gutter cleaning.

The Day of Help will be held on May 20, 2017. This year, the demand for these services is high, and we are in need of more volunteers to do the cleanup projects.

If you would like to volunteer for either the adult or teenager role, or if you know someone who does, please call the Habitat office at (908) 835-1300 for more information.

Hope in the Hills of Warren

Seeking to put God’s love into action, Hope in the Hills of Warren brings youth and adults together to restore homes, community, and hope. Hope in the Hills of Warren seeks to improve the living conditions of the elderly, low-income and disabled persons in our community. This year HHW, a community extension of Warren County Habitat for Humanity, is sponsoring a Day of Help and a Weekend of Hope. The programs are offered to qualifying residents of Franklin, Mansfield, Oxford, Washington Borough and Washington Township.
